Our clients consist of several foreign and Greek institutions and Banks, foreign and Greek major Corporations, international Export Credit Insurance Corporations pursuing the recovery of their claims from companies and/or individuals in Greece and in other countries around the world where we are practicing in close collaboration with our local associate law firms.  Regarding the recovery of the commercial claims, we initially aim to settle the matter out of court in negotiation with the other party.  If a settlement is not possible by amicable means, we then proceed with the most appropriate legal steps towards the recovery of the claim in close collaboration with our local associate law offices.  We have associate law offices in approximately 50 countries around the world with which we are closely cooperating for a long time.
