Panagiotis N. Karytinos is engaged in all aspects of commercial and business law, including litigation, international contracts and negotiations, mediation and arbritration, contract disputes and commercial transactions.

Mr. Karytinos has represented, as legal counsel, several international corporations in contract negotiations and offset projects with the Greek State. He has represented other European State Control Corporations in negotitations and concluding settlement agreements or commercial court proceedings in their cases in other countries futher  to Greece in collaboration with our firm's local associate law firms.

He has been the legal consel of several Greek and foreign controlled companies. He was the head of the legal department and vice preesident of ELEFSIS SHIPYARDS and legal counsel of the Hellenic Business Development and Investement Company S.A. (shareholderrs: General Dynamics Corporation, General Electric Company, WestingHouse Electric Corporation).
